 Swiftblade
    o Crescent Slice
       ▪ Damage: Level coefficient 1.5, Melee Damage coefficient 110% -> 1.6, 130% 
       ▪ Combo w/ Bleed: 30% -> 13%
    o Fleeting Footsteps
       ▪ Shorten Slow duration: 70% -> 50% 
       ▪ Effect now stacks instead of prolonging the effect duration. 
    o Bladeblast
       ▪ The skill will automatically target on an enemy within the range  
       ▪ Target searching range: 14m->5m 
    o Primal Strike
       ▪ Removed Attack Speed bonus and Received Damage penalty 
       ▪ Decreases Cooldown -40% for Sinister Strike, Crescent Slice, Relentless Assault, and Twin Shadow Slash.
    o Twin Shadow Slash
       ▪ Damage: Level damage Coefficient 2.0, melee damage Coefficient 150% -> 2.2, 160%

       ▪ Resets the cooldown of Shadow Mirror when killing a target.

[Target Selection]
Added shortcuts related to target selection. 

  ● Select the target of your target
    o Your target’s target will be selected.
  ● Select the target of your tracking target
    o Your tracking target’s target will be selected.
  ● Select Symbol (1~9, ★, X, or ♥) marked target
    o A player with the chosen symbol will be selected.
  ● Select higher number marked hostile faction’s player
    o A player in the hostile faction with the higher number symbol will be selected. (Special character tokens are not selected.)
  ● Select lower number marked hostile faction’s player
    o A player in the hostile faction with the lower number symbol will be selected. (Special character tokens are not selected.)
  ● Select higher number marked friendly faction’s player
    o A player in the friendly faction with the higher number symbol will be selected. (Special character tokens are not selected.)
  ● Select lower number marked friendly faction’s player
    o A player in the friendly faction with the lower number symbol will be selected. (Special character tokens are not selected.)
 
[Battle Balance-Skill Points] 
  ● Adjusted the acquirable number of Skill Point.
    o You can acquire 20 Skill Point instead of 18 at level 55.
    o All skills that require 5 Skill Point, will require 6 instead.

[Battle Balance-Shield Defense]
Removed all physical & magic defense related buff effect from the shields.
Increased the basic physical & magic defense.
 
[Battle Balance-Others] 
Added the following effects which apply for each weapon choice at Sparring Arena. 
    Dual Weapon     Two-handed Weapon     Magic Shield  
Critical Rate Bonus  15% 15% 15%
Critical Damage Bonus 62% 52% 41%
Physical (Magic) Defense Penetration   4213 3524 2808
  ● Physical Defense Penetration applies if you strengthen Strength and Agility
  ● Magic Defense Penetration applies if you strengthen Intelligence and Spirit

 ■ Regional & NPC Changes

[Faction Competition]
Added the faction competition content in Ynystere and Cinderstone Moor
  ● Faction members will compete for ownership of the Purifying Lodestone and help Crimson Watch to stabilize the area.

[Region/NPC]
Increased the required points for the Conflict level up. The War and Peace state will last 30m and 1 Hour respectively.

Now Some NPCs in Ynystere and Cinderstone Moor are friendly to Pirates. 
Added Exploration Achievement for Western Hiram Mountains.
Changed the location of the objects that could interfere with trading.
  ● Relocated the streetlights around the Villanelle Trading Post
  ● Relocated the cows around Reminis Forest
 
Removed the 'Rock Island in front of the Diamond Shores East Port' that could interfere with trading. 
Added a hot steam effect to the 'Territory Oasis' object. 

Replaced Cargo Exchanger to each faction’s NPC
  ● Taira - Nuia Alliance NPC
  ● Altere – Haranya Alliance NPC

Added the Base to Crimson Watch Guardpost around the Riven Gates region in western Diamond Shores.
Added Controlled Zone to the place where Purification quest can be accepted. 
- Ships and vehicles will not be protected.

Adjusted the difficulty of the Crimson Rift and Grimghast Rift.
  ● Level
    o Increased to 55.
  ● Health
    o Increased Health significantly.
  ● Health Recovery
    o Increased the Health Recovery amount per sec significantly.

The exiled dwarves constructed a road that connects the Rokhala Mountains and Hasla with their advanced technology.

Corrected Monster placement error in Hasla area.
Added 'Disciple's Workbench' to the Torch of Ipnya on Aegis Island.
 
■ Hero & Faction Changes

[Hero]
Changed some of the objects of Hero Mission 'Faction Support’. 
Changed the number of Pirate hero to 3. 
Now players can vote only once per election in both servers.
Now Players need to cast his or her vote for multiple candidates.

Adjusted the score range of Faction Activity Rank.
  ● Expanded the range of 'Rank 3-Normal' and increased the minimum score required for rank 4 and 5.

Accepting Exiles and Returners will contribute to the Faction Activity Rank.
The status will be reset if it's hard to decide which faction is dominant.
Added the condition that prevents the Temporary Alliance between the factions according to the server activeness level.
Now the allied factions will share the points when defeating NPC.

A potential candidate who left the faction before Withdrawal Period begins, will be replaced by the next candidate.

Fixed the hero flag that was put down so it cannot be recovered. In addition, the number of flags paid to heroes next month has been increased.

The Hero Mission goals will be set to complete to fix a bug causing the earned scores to reset. 
 
[Pirate]
Now Pirates can receive & complete the Blue Salt Brotherhood delivery quest series.
Added ‘The Heroes of Pirates’ quest which can be accepted on the Pirate Faction Support Board.
The Pirates Hero can declare Hour of Raiders for the Faction activities. 
  ● Hour of Raiders can be activated in the same manner as the mobilization order. The completed Morpheus Statue will grant Pirates the buffs such as breathing underwater, Reduces the effect of Turbulence, Increases PvE Skill Damage, and Decreases Received PvE Damage.

[Faction]
  ● Added Weekly Quest that allows Pirates to transfer to another inferior faction when Pirate faction is also inferior.
  ● Adjusted the score acquisition per Faction activity.

■ Quest and Achievement Changes
 
[Weekly Quest] 
Added Weekly Quest that can only be completed once a week.
  ● Weekly Quest completion status resets at 12:00 am Monday.
  ● You can accept and hold up to 20 Weekly Quests.

Reduced the max number of Daily Quest you can hold at the same time.
  ● Reduced the maximum number of Daily Quest that can be accepted and held to 50 from 70.
  ● If the number of Daily Quest exceeds the limit, accepted Daily Quest will be dropped randomly to meet the new cap.

Some of the Daily Quests are converted into Weekly Quest. Rewards and goals are adjusted accordingly.
Each completion of the Weely Quest will increase the achievement count by 5.

Changed the quest item to complete ‘Arra's Ingredients’
Changed the purpose of 'Red Dragon Warrior Token' to reward the player Leadership points after use.
Item <Enhanced Arrow> of Quest <Enhancing an Arrow> can damage only the monsters.
  ● Enhanced Arrow deals less damage if you abandon and reaccept the quest.

Added preceding condition to <Adventure: Acquisition> Achievement.
Increased EXP rewards from Lv30+ Quests.
 
[Achievement]
Added 'Trademaster' and 'Sell Cargo Daily Quest' 
  ● Check details at Achievements -> Vocation -> Trade

Added level cap to some achievements.
 
■Community and Auction Change

[Guild]
Changed some of the target monsters in the guild mission ‘World Bosses’
Added a feature that grants Guild Buff. 
 
[Auction House]
Added subcategories to Costume, Pets, and Other categories.

[Crafting]
Increased the Equipment Points of instruments and accessories.
  ● The amount of points increased may vary per item.

Proficiency from buff can't grant the benefits when crafting Anchoring Emblem or Anchoring Charm of Epic-Grade.

Added 4 new Tempering Charm to Regal Alchemy Table.
  ● Resplendent Weapon Anchoring Tempering Charm
  ● Resplendent Armor Anchoring Tempering Charm
  ● Bound Resplendent Weapon Anchoring Tempering Charm

Added 5 recipes for Termisia Armor to the Proven Warrior Workbench.

- Dye Ticket, Gender Swap Certificate, Salon Certificate, Restoration Alembic, Family Name Change Ticket, Guild Name Change Ticket, Decor Limit Increase, Fusion Alembic, Expansion Scroll, Family Growth Ticket, Proficiency Decrease Certificate, Image Recovery Alembic
- Binds when unwrapped. Please note that an unwrapped item cannot be traded.
