About Frost Dragon 
After the great dragon god Misagon was killed by the Nuons. Dragonkind disappeared from the world. But in hidden places, secret dragon cults try to revive them for years. Raised from hibernating eggs on Aegis Island, these frost dragons are proof that their clan might return to Erenor.

Level 30 Chilling Footsteps Create a cool zone that lasts 3 seconds while walking for 3 seconds
Enemies who enter the cold zone will be slow for 3 seconds
Level 40 Ice Shield Creates an ice shield that protects the pet and owner from all damage for 3 seconds
You can't do anything while using this skill
Level 50 Frost Breath When used on the ground, breathes ice breaths at enemies within a 15m radius, freezing their legs for 5 seconds (50% reduction in PVP)
If the enemy is hit by Frost Breath while on, it will freeze for 5 seconds (50% reduction in PVP)
